Job Title: Clinical Nurse Sister

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Sister to join our team at Willing Care. As a Clinical Nurse Sister, you will be responsible for providing high-quality post-operative care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of compassionate and high-quality post-operative care to patients, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines.
  • Provide clinical leadership and valuable support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and administer medications with precision and empathy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for each patient.
  • Mentor and support junior nurses, offering guidance, insight, and tailored training to promote professional growth.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records and uphold regulatory standards to ensure the highest level of care and compliance.
Requirements:
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification with a specialization in adult care.
  • Demonstrated expertise in post-operative care and clinical leadership, with a strong track record of positive patient outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to providing patient-centred care and championing inclusivity and diversity within the healthcare setting.
