About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Sales Manager to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and supporting product sales into the commercial build market, hotels, student halls of residence, office blocks, hospitals, and leisure centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling and supporting product sales into the commercial build market
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with larger M&E contractors and consultants
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Providing market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a background in sales and account management
  • Strong knowledge of Tier 1 contractors and M&E consultants
  • Proven track record of sales success in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
