Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
- Ensuring the exterior of the site is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including general external maintenance tasks.
- Assisting the facilities team with contractor management, including ensuring contractors are signed in and out correctly and adhering to site policies and rules.
- Representing Compass Group UK and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Adaptability and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and motivated approach to work.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
