">About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Community and Events Fundraising Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving income growth throughout the West Coast of Scotland, building relationships with stakeholders, and developing creative fundraising strategies.
">About you: To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, experience in event management, and a strong ability to work independently. You will also possess a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
">What we offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £26,896-£29,746 per year, a generous leave allowance totalling 37 days (25 days Annual leave and 12 days public holidays), and the opportunity to opt into our competitive pension scheme.

">Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in fundraising or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering strong, cost-effective, and sustainable income growth. You will also require excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
