Fundraising Officer

Location: Scottish Huntington's Association

About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Community and Events Fundraising Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving income growth throughout the West Coast of Scotland, building relationships with stakeholders, and developing creative fundraising strategies.

About you: To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, experience in event management, and a strong ability to work independently. You will also possess a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

What we offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £26,896-£29,746 per year, a generous leave allowance totalling 37 days (25 days Annual leave and 12 days public holidays), and the opportunity to opt into our competitive pension scheme.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in fundraising or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering strong, cost-effective, and sustainable income growth. You will also require excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
