Job Summary:
Lancesoft Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Microbiological Research Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of microbiological quality in our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbial analysis of raw materials, components, intermediates, and final products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain, culture, speciate, and enumerate microorganisms to identify potential contaminants.
- Support the regulatory area, QA audits, and inspections by providing microbiological expertise and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement microbiological testing protocols and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure our processes remain compliant and effective.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Microbiology or a related field.
- Experience in isolation and speciation techniques, with a strong understanding of microbiological principles and practices.
- Excellent aseptic techniques and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- GLP knowledge and understanding of pathogenicity and ecology of microorganisms.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
