Wayman Learning Trust, a one-form entry school in Hackney, London, is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Educator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who can contribute to the school's success by delivering engaging lessons and fostering a nurturing environment for young learners.

As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering creative lessons that meet the requirements of the Nursery curriculum, promoting students' social and emotional development, and providing individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities.

The successful candidate will possess QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record, with a Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent. They will also have indepth knowledge and understanding of the Nursery curriculum and assessment frameworks, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. If you are passionate about education and committed to supporting students' learning and development, please submit your application form along with an updated CV.
