Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including utilities and equipment, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis, to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure work is performed and documented in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve vendor documentation for accuracy and compliance in our quality management system.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety procedures, quality standards, and good maintenance practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or facilities management.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and knowledge of cGMP documentation and QA systems.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and technical writing skills.
