Job Summary:

The role of Health and Safety Professional at K10 Careers involves providing expert advice on workplace safety and compliance. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with management and delivery teams to ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and execute safe systems of work to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Create and deliver training packages to educate colleagues on health and safety best practices.
  • Investigate and report incidents in the workplace, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct site visits to construction sites to monitor safety standards and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Review and approve risk assessments and method statements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Enforce health and safety requirements and identify hazards to implement solutions.
  • Plan and implement emergency procedures to ensure a safe and responsive response to incidents.
  • Adhere to environmental and safety laws, ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of sustainability and responsibility.
