Job Description

LGC Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Global Program Management and Operational Excellence Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex global programs, with a focus on new laboratory builds and site establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global program strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and manage program budgets and resource plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on global operations and excellence
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory requirements
