Key Responsibilities:- To provide expert ER and HR advice, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing commercially viable solutions.
- To develop and implement effective HR strategies, aligned with client objectives.
- To manage client relationships, ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs and delivering high-quality HR services.
- To support the development of the business through thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Commission
