Your new company is a leading provider of trade services in the Edinburgh area, seeking a skilled joiner to join their team. They work with various domestic and commercial properties, requiring a reliable and hard-working individual to perform a range of carpentry and joinery tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on doors, windows, floors, and other wooden structures to ensure they are safe and functional.
  • Install and repair kitchen units, cabinets, and other fixtures to meet the needs of clients.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • A background in maintenance, ideally working in housing or commercial properties such as schools or offices.
  • Up-to-date trade qualifications and a valid UK Driving licence with minimal endorsements.
