**Job Details**

We are currently seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, developing meaningful relationships and providing support that makes a real difference in their lives.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities will include providing companionship, personal care, and medication support to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients, and adhering to our strict quality standards.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £18-20 per hour (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits, including paid travel time, free access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and opportunities for career development.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a caring and dedicated individual who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care. While previous experience in care is beneficial, it is not essential as we provide comprehensive training to ensure our Care Assistants feel confident and prepared for their roles.
