About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team as a Construction Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue from formwork and falsework equipment across the Leicester, Nottingham, Northamptonshire & Lincolnshire areas.
The ideal candidate will have strong new business skills, a mix of construction and engineering background, and the ability to inherit an area that has suffered with poor field sales representation. They will also have experience in technical field sales and the ability to utilise a team of qualified engineers for technical support.
In this role, you will be tasked with building the area up to £750,000 by following up on Barbour ABI leads and your own industry contacts. You will spend a large proportion of your time on construction sites, working with contractors and sub-contractors to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about selling formwork and falsework equipment. If you have a strong understanding of the hire industry and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
