Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Haier Europe. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Visiting customers in their homes to diagnose and repair appliance issues.
  2. Managing your time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  3. Keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress.
  4. Managing stock levels in your van on a daily basis.
  5. Upselling products to customers and earning bonus incentives.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including:

  1. A starting salary of £32,916 per annum for those without White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience.
  2. A starting salary of £37,304 per annum for those with a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience.
  3. A London Allowance of up to £6,500 per annum.
  4. Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per annum.
  5. Up to 6% pension contribution.
