We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our client's team in Ely. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, collaborating closely with clients to ensure high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Building Surveying, with experience in design, project management, and client liaison. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Building Surveying or a related field is required, along with Associate/ Chartered status or working towards with the RICS or CIOB.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed building surveys, leading on design and specification, and managing projects from inception to completion. Excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential, as is proficiency in industry-standard software and technology.
