Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training plans that meet the needs of the business
  • Work closely with department managers to create tailored training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of the company's learning and development strategy
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures in the retail industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience in developing effective training materials and programs
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software
