Fawkes & Reece West Midlands is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to oversee the completion of a £50 Million new build PRS apartment scheme in central Birmingham.
The project is currently at a critical stage, with the concrete frame completed and internal works commencing. As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all internal/finishing subcontract packages, labour management, daily Health & Safety planning, progress reports, and attending weekly budget/progress meetings with subcontractors and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the management of labour and subcontractors
- Coordinating daily Health & Safety planning and progress reports
- Attending weekly budget/progress meetings with subcontractors and clients
- Ensuring programme deadlines are achieved for handovers
Experience delivering internals on PRS/student accommodation projects is highly desirable due to the nature of the scheme.
