An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Culinary Expert to join Hywel Dda University Health Board in Pembrokeshire, providing high-quality meals for patients, staff, and visitors in our busy kitchen.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, with enhanced weekend rates, pension, and an attractive holiday package. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, working efficiently and safely to meet the needs of our service. You must have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent, plus a basic Food Hygiene certificate. Previous experience in similar cooks duties and knowledge of HACCP systems are essential.
