Charity Treasurer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trustee Treasurer to join our team at Trustees Unlimited LLP. As a key member of our Board, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial affairs of the charity, ensuring its financial viability and that proper financial records and procedures are maintained.

The successful candidate will have expertise in management accounts and financial controls, with a keen sense of strategic purpose. They will work closely with our CEO to provide guidance and support to the Board, explaining accounting requirements and providing clear financial reports.

As a Trustee Treasurer, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to deliver recreational, social, and skills development activities to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Your financial expertise will enable us to make informed decisions about our resources and investments, ultimately benefiting our beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the financial affairs of the charity, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
• Managing and maintaining accurate financial records and procedures;
• Providing financial guidance and support to the Board;
• Ensuring the charity's financial viability and stability;
• Working collaboratively with the CEO and other Trustees to achieve our mission;
