Job Title: Platform Infrastructure Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Squarepoint Capital. As a key member of our Middleware stream, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical platform infrastructure using the DevOps methodology. Key Responsibilities: * Design, monitor, and scale platform infrastructure to meet the needs of our users * Automate everyday tasks with scripting and configuration management tools * Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to build and maintain automated platform solutions and services * Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning Requirements: * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar discipline * 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles * Deep knowledge of at least two of the following technologies: Kafka, Consul, Load-balancing * Proficient in infrastructure automation and configuration management using tools such as Ansible and Terraform Nice to Have: * Experience with security products such as Keycloak, CyberArk * Familiarity with modern software development tooling, including GitLab, Kubernetes, Hashicorp Products * Experience in software development (Python, Git) * System administration expertise (Bash, Linux, Containerization) About Us: Squarepoint Capital is a leading financial services company that values innovation and collaboration.
