Senior Radiology Nurse Leader

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Radiology Nurse Leader to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior band 5 nurse with significant experience in interventional radiology and or cardiac cath lab to take on a leadership role within the neuro-interventional radiology department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the clinical workload, coordinating the care given by all other members of the clinical team, and ensuring that practice is evidence-based.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment and retention, sickness management, and performance management. You will also be responsible for maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the clinical area and rotating to different areas in the department as required.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,890 - £46,305 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role- This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
- Diploma in leadership and management or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a senior band 5 nurse in a similar role
