About the Job:

As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our community. This involves partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team, installing and maintaining electronic monitoring devices, and delivering exceptional customer service to those under electronic monitoring.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide comprehensive training, BPSS clearance, and DBS clearance support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to ensure effective operations
  • Install, maintain, and remove electronic monitoring devices
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Requirements:

  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
