Marketing Executive Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive sales
  • Support the brand through online and offline marketing, including content creation, social media, and video
  • Monitor competitor and target market activity to inform marketing plans
  • Manage and develop the CRM system, including administration duties and lead management
  • Manage and develop the company website, ensuring optimisation for SEO
  • Create and develop content to support sales and project activity, in liaison with BDMs and Engineering
  • Plan and implement all Marcoms activity, including advertising, exhibitions, PR, and internal marketing communications
  • Support corporate initiatives in core values, CSR, sustainability, and lean manufacturing
  • Ensure the corporate identity and brand is correctly implemented at all times
  • Plan, execute, and analyse on-line and off-line campaigns, including email and integrated campaigns

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a B2B environment, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial setting
  • Experience of using a CRM and managing a website through CMS
  • Experience of using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics and Yoast
  • Experience of working within a marketing role for the purpose of lead generation
  • Experience of marketing to an international market
