Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a purpose-built care home in the UK. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Prioritize Resident Care: Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care, ensuring that each individual receives the highest level of care and attention.
  • Medication Administration: Administer all medication and treatments within the National Health Service (NHS) guidelines and company medication policy, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
  • Care Planning and Coordination: Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals, promoting a collaborative approach to care.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary, maintaining open and effective communication with healthcare professionals and residents' families.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Experience in Care Settings: Proven experience of working in a care setting, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by residents and their families.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: A good team player with well-developed time management and leadership skills, able to motivate and support colleagues in delivering exceptional care.
  • NMC Registration: 1+ year NMC registration, with a strong commitment to maintaining professional standards and continuing professional development.
  • Time Management and Leadership: Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude, with excellent time management and leadership skills, ensuring that care is delivered efficiently and effectively.
