We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire and Compliance Manager to join our team at G2 Recruitment Group Limited.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead on fire safety and compliance matters, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that our clients' properties meet the highest standards of fire safety and compliance. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in construction, planned works, repairs, and maintenance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a strong understanding of building fire safety, particularly within large property portfolios, and provide expert guidance on fire safety strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align property repairs and improvements with the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring that construction works comply with statutory regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative building safety strategies, utilizing IT systems and new technologies to improve office efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead the coordination of statutory compliant policies and procedures related to fire safety, providing regular management information to internal stakeholders and external agencies.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in construction, planned works, repairs, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders to drive results.
- A strong understanding of building fire safety and compliance regulations.
