Small Animal Veterinary Position in Hertfordshire

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our practice in Buntingford, covering maternity leave for 1 year.

Our practice is a supportive and family-friendly environment, offering flexibility and a keen focus on being family-friendly.

We pride ourselves on providing a great service to our clients, with 30-minute consults and 15-minute boosters.

Our location is in a beautiful rural setting, with great links to local towns and London.

We offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme, up to £60K DOE, as well as RCVS and VDS fees covered.

We also offer up to 7 weeks annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, with our Buy/Sell holiday scheme.

Additionally, we offer enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption pay, and pet treatment and product discounts.

We are a supportive practice, with two certificate holder vets and another team member working towards one.

We fully support vets with further development and would help fund and encourage you in finding your area of interest.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and is committed to providing a high level of service to our clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and treatment
  • Working closely with the veterinary team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Participating in the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
