Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Project Worker to join our team at Voluntary Action Swindon. As a key member of our supported housing team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality support service to service users with a background of homelessness and low to medium needs. Your primary goal will be to work closely with individuals to help them achieve their goals and live independently.

Responsibilities:
* Delivering a person-centred support service to service users
* Maintaining accurate records of service user progress
* Contributing to the development of the service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:
* Experience working with vulnerable adults
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic IT skills
* Valid DBS check
