Job Description
Forrest Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operational Development Manager to join our client's team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of the operational team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the brand, improving business processes, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Improving business processes and identifying areas for cost reduction
• Managing stock levels and ensuring timely order fulfilment
• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and other brands to improve relationships and drive sales
• Operational tasks, such as planning events and coordinating logistics
• Acting as a brand ambassador and providing excellent customer service

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about womens health and wellbeing to develop their career and potentially become a Team Leader or Brand Manager in the future. The role requires an operational thinker who can spot areas for improvement and work effectively as part of a team.

What We Offer
