About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Ellesmere House in Chelsea. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  2. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans to meet individual needs
  3. Provide expert clinical nursing care, including medication management and infection prevention and control
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  5. Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge

About You

  1. A registered nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults
  2. Excellent clinical skills and knowledge, with experience in writing comprehensive care plans and conducting clinical assessments
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
