About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Caseworker, working with children and young people who have been affected by domestic abuse. As a key member of our Behaviour Change team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex cases, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues, and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of children and young people who have been affected by domestic abuse
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on complex cases
  • Contribute to the development of our Behaviour Change services
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partner agencies and community groups

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working with children and young people who have been affected by domestic abuse
  • Strong understanding of the impact of domestic abuse on children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
