Job Summary:
FalconSmartIT is seeking a skilled Windows Engineer to join our team. As a Windows Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying read-only privileged accounts within a highly controlled enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Automated Deployment Processes: Design, develop, and implement automated deployment processes for read-only accounts to ensure efficient and secure deployment.
- Validate End-User Requirements: Interpret and validate end-user requirements to ensure accurate deployments and meet business needs.
- Liaise with End Users: Collaborate with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment.
- Maintain and Modify PowerShell Scripts: Maintain and modify PowerShell scripts to support creation and deployment processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Work to Tight Deadlines: Manage multiple deployments effectively, working to tight deadlines to meet business objectives.
- Provide Support: Provide support for deployments during UK office hours, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
- Active Directory Management: Experience with Active Directory management, including user and group modifications, to ensure secure and efficient account management.
- PowerShell Scripting: Experience with PowerShell scripting to automate account and group creation and configuration, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Windows Operating Systems: Experience with Windows operating systems and enterprise environments to ensure effective deployment and management.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows account management, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team and with end-users to ensure successful deployment.
- Project-Based Work: Experience with project-based work and meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment to ensure business objectives are met.
