Dedicated Phonics Experts for Leicestershire Schools

Are you a passionate and results-driven teaching professional with a specialism in Phonics and English, seeking a fulfilling role in Leicestershire and surrounding areas?
We are seeking experienced Intervention Teachers who can focus on helping children who are working below age-expected levels to improve their Phonics, English, and Reading skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying students who need additional support, designing and implementing targeted intervention programs, and collaborating closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure that all students have the opportunity to succeed.

Job Requirements:- Qualified teacher status with a proven track record of supporting pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2
- Previous experience of assessing student levels and collaborating with class teachers to develop targeted intervention plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis, with the option to pursue long-term contracts
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
