Business Intelligence Analyst

At TVS SCS, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing business analysis and continuous improvement in a reporting context.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to support operations teams and ensure contractual reporting to customer stakeholders.
- Research and develop routes for future technologies, AI, and predictive analysis to drive business growth.
- Generate and maintain client report suites using PowerBI and Excel, ensuring high-quality and meaningful data.
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to develop an efficient, robust, and effective Business-Intelligence infrastructure.
- Produce Excel-based data analysis, manipulation, and summarization to support business decisions.
- PowerBI experience is essential, with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in VBA and/or SQL.
- Able to understand customer needs and provide solutions to fit within a given context.
- Eye for visual data presentation and aptitude for problem-solving with a logical approach.
- Able to work under pressure, self-manage workload, and hit deadlines.
