Job Title: Independent Professional Advocate

About the Job: MHM Wales is looking for a skilled and compassionate advocate to join our team. As an Independent Professional Advocate, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals, providing guidance and representation to ensure their rights and interests are protected. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality advocacy services to clients, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to identify and address client needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.


Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in an advocacy role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Our Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £14,165.92-£15,998.03 per annum.
  • 21 hours per week.
  • 9% employer contribution to pension scheme.

  • Office base in Swansea.
