About the Role:

We are working with a community charity to recruit a Digital Skills Tutor who can deliver high-quality sessions in a supportive and engaging environment. If you are passionate about helping adult learners develop essential digital skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver digital skills training sessions to adult learners in a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs of adult learners and adapt training sessions accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality training sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make recommendations for improvement.

What We Offer:

  • Pay: £30 per hour for teaching sessions, plus additional paid prep time.
  • Location: London.
  • Working arrangements: On-site.
  • Employment type: Temporary/Sessional Worker contract (funding guaranteed for the full 2024-2025 academic year with the potential to continue from this).
  • Hours: 5-10 per week, depending on availability and nature of experience.
