Job Overview

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage conveyancing files, ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  2. Provide exceptional client service through regular communication via phone and email.
  3. Support general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
  4. Contribute to the development of the conveyancing department by sharing knowledge and expertise.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in conveyancing or property law setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy when preparing legal documents and maintaining client files.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in liaising with clients and third parties.
Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for ongoing training and career development.
