High-Quality Kitchen Designer Wanted for Property Developer Team

We are seeking an experienced Contract Kitchen Designer to join our client's team in Kendal. As a key member of the Contracts department, you will work closely with the team to modify standard kitchen designs based on customer specifications.

Key responsibilities include welcoming clients to the showroom, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the kitchen layout using CAD design software. You will also generate inspirational CAD images and M&E drawings based on customer selections, follow up with customers to ensure timely kitchen selections, and manage compliance processes.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in Kitchen Design is required, ideally using Winner Compusoft. German Kitchens experience is advantageous. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.

This is a competitive salary package with commission, offering a rewarding team environment and excellent career development opportunities. Flexible working hours include some weekend availability, with every other Saturday required (day off provided during the week). Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
