Reception Teacher Opportunity

Wayman Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Reception Teacher to join a thriving school in Oxfordshire. As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lessons, supporting students' social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
