Job Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team at GLG Vets in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their well-being at all times.
  • Assist veterinarians in diagnosing and treating animals.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with pet owners.
  • Administer medications and prepare animals for surgery as needed.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development activities.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse with a valid license to practice in the UK.
  • Previous experience in a veterinary practice is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with team members and pet owners.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Hours and Salary
  • 40 hours per week
  • £26,000 + DOE dependent on experience.
