Oliver Bernard is seeking a talented Quantitative Developer to join their best-in-class engineering team. As a pioneering venture, we provide technology consulting services to the financial and investment markets.

This is an exciting time to join our venture, backed by two industry leaders, and work on greenfield projects with the latest technologies in a tech-focused environment. Our culture values exceptional talent with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to innovate and tackle complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop distributed systems using C# and SQL
  • Collaborate with other Quants to drive innovation and problem-solving
  • Apply object-oriented and functional design principles
  • Prior experience in a Front-Office role is desirable

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2.1 degree from a Russell Group university or top-ranked university worldwide
  • Minimum of straight A's at A-Level or equivalent if educated overseas

This is an on-site role requiring 5 days a week in our Newcastle offices. We are open to discussing salary and are unable to offer sponsorship. Candidates must be UK-based.
