We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health Bridgend FWC.

Salary: Up to £15.60 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. As a Swim Instructor, you will provide safe and effective swimming lessons for our customers.

You will work with swimmers of all ages and abilities, using the Swim England framework to deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Making the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that meet the individual needs of our customers.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.
