Austin Fraser is looking for a highly skilled Reliability Engineer - Manufacturing to join their team.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Overview:

The Reliability Engineer - Manufacturing will play a key role in ensuring the plant operates safely and efficiently. This includes analysing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to maximise uptime.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse engineering data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement plans to improve plant reliability and reduce downtime.
  3. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree/HNC in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • IOSH Certified preferred.
