Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Private Client Trainee Solicitor to join our team, with a view of providing the potential candidate with a training contract upon successful completion of a probationary period. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in private client work and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and management of legal documents and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the private client team.
- Manage client files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Liaise with clients, both in person and via digital communication platforms.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Conduct legal research as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in private client work.
- Proficiency in digital tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, legal research databases).
- Experience with a digital CMS preferred.
