About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our Mortgage Administration team in Silsden, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our mortgage advisors, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate client documents, including meeting notes and application forms.
  • Process Management: Oversee the mortgage application process, ensuring timely and efficient processing of applications.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including email management and data entry.
