About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer or Maintenance Specialist to work on a variety of equipment, including balers, compactors, shredders, and more.

As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for undertaking reactive and preventative maintenance, as well as repairs to equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on large static capital plant equipment
  • Optimize equipment performance, utilization, and availability
  • Apply a strong health and safety ethic throughout all maintenance activities
  • Undertake repairs to equipment, including mechanical hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and valves
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized mechanical engineering or general engineering apprenticeship or training
  • Experience working on large static capital plant equipment
  • Health and safety qualifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, are beneficial but not essential

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
