About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs, including food and drink, personal care, and administering medication. You'll also contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment that promotes independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Monitor residents' health and report any concerns to senior staff

Alongside your core responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to develop new skills through our comprehensive training program. This includes learning about dementia care, nutrition, and other areas relevant to your role.
