Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Kaplan Living, a leading provider of Purpose-built Student Accommodation in the UK.



About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you take on a leadership role, working closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our student residences. As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class residential and customer experience, ensuring our students feel truly at home.



The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of providing outstanding support to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong attention to detail and experience in managing people are essential for this role. You will also need to demonstrate a passion for helping others, great intercultural awareness, strong IT skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
