About the Role

Priory Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled CBT Therapist to join our Private Outpatient Therapy Service. As a CBT Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide CBT-based assessment, formulation, and treatment for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
  • Manage a clinical caseload in accordance with operational policy, ensuring high levels of clinical governance and documentation.
  • Attend regular clinical supervision to develop knowledge, skills, and promote access to clinical excellence.

Person Specification

  • Qualifications
    • Doctoral Clinical/Counselling Psychology with BABCP accreditation or working towards this.
    • Or, registered health professional and BABCP Accredited.
  • Experience
    • Assessed experience of working as a qualified CBT therapist.
    • Or, experience of working in mental health delivering CBT treatment.
    • Able to deliver interventions to a wide range of clients.
