Job Title: Brand Representative/Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Brand Representative/Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Representative/Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with store managers and customers.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by creating an impact with all shoppers and approach all customers with a smile and a benefit statement regarding our products.
  • Ensure maximum awareness of the brand within the store by placing and promoting Point of Sales, and assisting in selling the products.
  • Be engaging with customers to explain the different products available and assist them in their sampling and purchasing decisions.
  • Complete all customer interactions in line with brand Guidelines.
  • Use all the sales tools kit, such as Branded Pop-Up Stand, Roller Banner, Floor Sticker, Leaflets, etc.
  • Follow key scripts and messages given by the brand to encourage conversations with confirmations.
Reporting and Targets:
  • Monitor own performance against shift target.
  • Take sole responsibility of your assets provided by the company.
  • Opportunity to win bonuses based on targets achievements.
  • Accurately complete and submit reports.
