**Job Title:** Site Services Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Site Services Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a globally recognized food manufacturer in Kettering. As a key member of the Site Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production facility is running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform daily utility service schedule updates
  • Conduct daily boiler checks and weekly utilities checks
  • Ensure boiler operation is in accordance with BOAS and absorption chiller operation checks
  • Manage waste water treatment plant and carry out laboratory analysis as required
  • Develop relationships with contractors to ensure support for plant operation
  • Check and reorder chemical stock levels
  • Investigate and repair issues identified by the Site Service Team, Team Leader, and Process Engineer
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly PPM on Site Services plant, equipment, and process
  • Conduct weekly fire alarm testing and recording
  • Perform daily site repairs and weekly sprinkler tests and logging
  • Monthly domestic water temperature testing and meter readings
  • Weekly compliance checks and tests

**Requirements:**

  • Site Services experience
  • NVQ/BTEC/C&G Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
  • External training on boiler maintenance
  • Refrigeration/Ammonia knowledge
  • Waste Water Treatment training
  • 17th/18th Edition
  • Forklift trained (preferable)
  • Food Industry experience
